How long does it take to make a custom tree.

The production side (making frame and tree, painting, attaching lights etc.) take about 8 hours. Design side (includes approx. 7,000 beads, choosing and placing the perfect jewelry) takes about 9 hours. This is truly a time consuming labor of love.

Where does the jewelry you use come from?

We have numerous vendors we deal with, but most of the jewelry comes from estate sales from all over the country. Our designer is constantly looking for just the right pieces to use.

How long does is take from ordering to receiving the keepsake art?

There are numerous variables. Depending on where you live in the country there will be time various for you to receive the box for your jewelry and for us to get it back from you. Once we have the jewelry, the designer will begin to work on it. This can take up to a couple of weeks. So because of this, we like to quote 4-6 weeks.
