Our Process

At Artfully Celebrated, our goal is to make your experience as seamless and heartfelt as possible. When you order one of our custom handcrafted Christmas Trees, we handle everything with care:

1. We Send You a Prepaid Box
   After your order is placed, you’ll receive a prepaid, secure box to send us your treasured costume jewelry. If you do wish to use nicer jewelry, we would have the box insured for the contents. The cost of the insurance would be added to your price.
2. Photograph Your Jewelry
   Before shipping, we recommend taking a photo of the pieces you’re sending for your records and peace of mind.
3. We Carefully Document Your Package
   Upon arrival, we will record a video of us opening your box and displaying each item to ensure transparency and care throughout the process. We will e-mail a link to this video.
4. Creating Your Keepsake Art
   We will use as many of your jewelry pieces as possible to craft a stunning, meaningful artwork that reflects your loved one’s legacy.
5. Return of Unused Items
   Any jewelry that cannot be incorporated will be safely returned along with your finished tree. Please note all jewelry sent to us may be modified.

To achieve the best results, please limit your selection to a combination of up to 20 pieces (brooches, earrings, and bracelets).
