Final sale on custom artwork
All custom-made artwork from Artfully Celebrated—including personalized dimensions, designs, or materials—is considered a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is damaged upon delivery or there is a defect in craftsmanship.
Return process
To initiate a return or report a damaged item at Artfully Celebrated, please:
Email us at mark@artfullycelebrated.com.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if damaged.
If approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization and Instructions.
Cancellations
Orders for custom artwork from Artfully Celebrated cannot be canceled once production has begun. If it hasn’t yet gone into production, please contact us immediately to see if cancellation is possible.
